Disk 1: Pre Contest Physique Assessment & Program Design
Vince starts his journey in Toronto, Canada where he sets up a meeting with IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, Ben “Pak Man” Pakulski. Vince and Ben sit down together to discuss the end goal and to devise a suitable training plan to implement over the next 16 weeks.
Watch Ben conduct a brutally honest assessment of Vince's 227 pound physique. You'll get to see how to design a weight-training program based on certain body parts being underdeveloped and/or overdeveloped. This is absolutely priceless!
Disc 2: One-on-One Coaching and Exercise Nutrition
Disc 2 is two hours of 1-1 coaching with Ben Pakulksi, where he will teache you how to train like a bodybuilder and not a weight lifter. Ben shows you how to get the best possible workout and how lifting weights is not necessarily the best way to great results. Once you learn how to incorporate "Intentions" you can say good-bye to plateaus and stubborn body parts forever, you can say hello to safe, productive and muscle exploding workouts. Guess what? Ben bills $150 an hour per client for 1-1 coaching, so that makes this DVD alone worth $300.
This DVD is worth the price of the entire course alone, considering what Ben would normally charge for one-on-one coaching sessions.
Disc 3: The Starting Cardio, Nutrition & Supplement Plan
In Disc 3 Heading south with Vince to Tampa, Florida where he will share his secrets for shredding the pounds to reveal six-pack abdominal muscles. The specific cardio techniques of frequency, duration, and intensity are covered so that you can design your own cardio routine that will shred the fat in ultra quick time.
Vince will also guide you through the exact diet plan that he used to shred the fat in time for his Fitness Model Competition. You can just copy it to see the results for yourself. The Starting Nutrition Plan: While the weight training component builds up the bricks that make up your six pack, it's only through clean eating and being in a caloric deficit that you can strip away the unwanted body fat blurring the shredded abdominals underneath.
Disc 4, 5 and 6: The Contest Prep Weight Training Workout
These 3 DVDs contain amazing footage of an entire week’s worth of Vince Delmonte workouts when he is 5 weeks out from competition time. These workouts take place in the Power House Gym in Tampa, Florida and Vince is joined by his training partner, former NFL lineman and NPC level bodybuilder Ryan Watson. I'm not joking: this really has to be seen to be believed.
Disk 7: Cardio, Nutrition & Supplement Plan At 5 Weeks Out
We revisit Vince Delmonte’s cardio, nutrition and supplement plan at 5 weeks out from competition.
This disc covers how Vince dropped his second 15lbs and how he modified his workouts, cardio sessions and diet plan in order to keep the fat burning going right up to competition.
Disk 8: The WBFF Fitness Atlantic Championships
It is show time! In the final disc you follow Vince as he attempts to get his Pro Card at The WBFF Fitness Atlantic Championships. Vince shows you how to use the last few days of your schedule in order to ensure you are at peak condition, precisely when you need to be.
This DVD is really cool and you will hang out with Vince as he shows you his hotel room and introduces you to his support team.
